Photo Gallery: Heffle Court Garden Project

Heathfield Youth Council's 'ground force' went into Heffle Court to create their garden design for the residents. The money for the project was secured through a bid the young people made at the Young People's Takeover Day in Lewes on Friday the 23rd of November. The plants were donated. The aim was to support their community and make it a brighter and better place to be. It was also to help bridge the intergeneration gap between young people and the older generation in their community.
This was a hugely successful day, the young people worked very hard and the wonderful results are evident from the photos.
The young people plan to go back and finish the painting once their exams are finished in June.
